Yoga therapy is a holistic and gentle approach where the teacher selects appropriate therapeutic tools from the full wealth of yoga practices. The whole individual is assisted rather than focusing on the condition. Yoga Therapy is about helping individuals attain their full potential, reducing stress and brining more ease, resilience thus promoting healing and improving health - balanced life.

We specialise in empowering you to remove the obstacles to your ultimate wellbeing and offer supportive teaching to help you keep well, make changes to your lifestyle and promote personal and spiritual growth. Helping facilitating lasting change in your life.
