Meet the Teacher:

 
Mary works with healthy people looking to enhance their life through yoga and also offers specialist tuition to those with specific health needs such as breast and other cancers, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions, ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia, back pain, arthritis, stress/insomnia, high blood pressure and depression and anxiety.  Mary is also a pregnancy and post natal yoga teacher. Mary has been practicing and exploring Yoga and Meditation since 1976 and teaching for over 28 years.

Mary undertakes continuing professional development training each year and since 1992 has been a student of Swami Dharmananda Saraswati Maharaj. Under Swamiji’s guidance she has been able to further explore and develop healing, yoga and meditation practices, into her practice incorporating both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
